Blending and exploring both Celtic spirituality and Ignatian spirituality this book is a wonderful journey into how at the heart of both is a journey into the creativity of the soul and a commitment and focus on faith before all. I found this a great book that demonstrates how even in different tradtions there are at root and heart deep similarities that can work together to highlight and illuminate each other, that allow you to go further through the acceptance of the other this if nothing else is a wonderful lesson to learn. However that's not what this book is really all about, rather it's a journey into understanding of two traditions with good insights that reflect upon the other. If you are new to either of the traditions then this would be an interesting book to learn about them from because it's quite in-depth in its comparative assesments and yet also detailed about each in its seperateness. It's an intelligent book filled with a creative fusion that really works and is well worth reading whether you are already into Ignatian and / or Celtic spirituality.
