Firefly Island

A Novel

by Lisa Wingate

Price: £8.99
Publisher:Bethany House imprint of Baker Pub from Lion
Published:March 2013
This is one of those love at first sight fairy tale stories, that is until reality sets in for the main character. High flyer congress office assistant Mallory Hale meets rough and ready Daniel Everson and Cupid has drawn his bow and fired. They quickly marry and set off to start a life together in Moses Lake, Texas by the lake that surrounds Firefly Island. Mallory with her desire for knowledge and time on her hands uncovers a plot that is set to undermine legislation forever. Trouble's at mill by the way and shortly Mallory feels like she has made the biggest mistake of her life. This is a story of how God really does turn all things for good and redeem the day. This novel has a tint of espionage and lots of drama. An exciting read and well worth the time.
