Review:
The book is about how using the scriptures and God's word you can really let God help you no matter what situation you are in. I liked the way the author connected different feelings to different attitudes e.g. anger can lead to bitterness, then hate and it can accelerate out of control. Not only does the book give advice for the sufferer it also helps people to understand how to help and react to people when they are suffering using God's word to strengthen the person and help them.
I personally could connect with the depression section. The author did not turn round and say not to use professional people (unlike some other writers I have encountered) but that they can be used in conjunction with Christian counsellors. All in all a good book. I would definitely use it.
